Description:
Yasur YST-2R2 series of roll-in proofer room is designed and built to control the proofing process of bakery and pastry dough. It makes the process of proofing easy and consistent, keeping uniform temperatures throughout the trays and even, constant airflow. It offers the most suitable warmness and humidity for the yeast to develop the dough. YST-2R2 series of proofer rooms are available in single door, double door or pass-through doors. The proofer has a digital control panel with timer, humidity and temperature setting. The control panel also has buttons for light and fan operation. Our proofer improves productivity and quality in baking breads. The climate control system is fast responding and circulates air throughout the proofer for best results. Yasur proofer rooms are fully constructed with stainless steel materials for the purpose of hygiene and the extended serviceability. Proofer door hinges could be on the right or left side of the unit.
